How long does it stay warm?

A few hours in the insulated bag, depending on how hot the food went in and how warm the room is. It slows heat loss rather than stopping it: this is an insulated set, not a heated one.

Can it go in the microwave?

No. The inner pots are stainless steel, which cannot go in a microwave. Tip the contents into a bowl first.

Can I carry a sauce or a soup in it?

A thick curry or a stew, yes, carried upright in the bag. We would not fill a tier to the brim with thin soup and then lay the stack on its side.

How do I clean it?

The steel tiers rinse clean and handle a dishwasher. Wipe the bag by hand rather than putting it through a machine.

How long does delivery take?
