OVERVIEW
Welcome to DecorsDelight. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to DecorsDelight, a trading name of DYOnline, a business registered in the Netherlands. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). DecorsDelight is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced here (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully — they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch or EU law. Where any term below conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to, that protection applies.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Services.

To use the Services, including browsing our store or purchasing any of the products we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping details. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is correct, current and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to anyone else.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to represent our products accurately. Please note that colours and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen, depending on your device and its settings. Lighting products in particular can look different in a photograph than in your own room.

Product dimensions, materials and specifications are listed on each product page. Where a measurement is given, small manufacturing tolerances are normal.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantities we offer to any person or region.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. DecorsDelight reserves the right to accept or decline your order. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation of dispatch. We must receive and process your payment before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We ship quickly, so we may be unable to accommodate changes once an order has been passed to our fulfilment partner. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number you provided.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, and to delivery in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

You represent that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are shown in euros and include Dutch VAT. Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when your order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation email.

Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include shipping. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. We deliver only within the European Union, so no customs duties or import charges apply to your order.

From time to time we may run promotions governed by their own terms. Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms apply to that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information, and to keep it up to date so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times shown on our product pages and in our Shipping Policy are estimates based on our typical experience, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

Under EU consumer law, risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a carrier you appointed yourself, take physical possession of the goods. Where we appoint the carrier, the goods remain at our risk until they reach you. If a parcel is lost in transit, that is our problem to solve, not yours — contact us and we will replace or refund it.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all trademarks, brand names, text, displays, images, graphics, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement of them, are owned by DYOnline, its affiliates or its licensors, and are protected by Dutch, EU and international intellectual property law.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

"DecorsDelight" and our logo are trademarks of DYOnline. You must not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo and product names are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and logos on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be given access to third-party tools as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control. We provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available", without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use of these tools is at your own risk and discretion, and you should make sure you are familiar with the terms on which the relevant third-party provider offers them.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites. If you decide to leave the Services to access them, you do so at your own risk.

Please review the third party's own policies before you engage in any transaction with them. Complaints, claims or questions about third-party products and services should be directed to that third party.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
DecorsDelight is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with DecorsDelight. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and DecorsDelight, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with DecorsDelight.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these policies.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and with third parties that may be located in countries other than the one you live in.

SECTION 11 — REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display that Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use.

You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to your Feedback, that you have disclosed any compensation or incentive you received in connection with it, and that it complies with these Terms. We are under no obligation to keep your Feedback confidential, to pay for it, or to respond to it.

You agree that your Feedback will not infringe any third party's rights, and will not be unlawful, abusive, defamatory or obscene, or contain malware. You may not use a false email address or impersonate anyone. We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback we consider objectionable or in breach of these Terms.

SECTION 12 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information in the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information, or cancel orders, at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

Where an obvious pricing error means a product was listed at a price clearly far below its real value, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES
You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services: for any unlawful or malicious purpose; to violate any applicable law or regulation; to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; to harass, abuse, defame, intimidate or harm anyone; to transmit false or misleading information; to send spam or unsolicited advertising; to impersonate any person or entity; or to engage in conduct that restricts anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services.

You also agree not to: upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code; reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell any portion of the Services; collect or track the personal information of others; phish or pretext the Services; use any robot, spider, scraper, data extraction tool or automated means to access the Services; or interfere with, bypass or circumvent our security measures.

We may suspend, disable or terminate your access at any time if we determine that you have breached these Terms.

SECTION 14 — AUTOMATED AGENTS
This section applies if you use, allow or enable any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on your behalf ("Agent") to access or interact with the Services.

An Agent may access the Services only if it identifies itself as an Agent in the user agent string of every request, does not conceal or obfuscate that requests come from an Agent, does not mimic human interaction patterns or circumvent CAPTCHAs or similar measures, responds truthfully when asked whether interactions come from a human, and does not circumvent any measure we use to control Agent access. We may limit, including by technical means, whether and how any Agent accesses the Services.

SECTION 15 — TERMINATION
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at our discretion at any time, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. Termination does not affect any order already accepted, or your statutory rights in relation to it.

The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Reviews and Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Governing Law, and any other provision that by its nature should survive.

SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Information presented on the Services is provided for general information purposes. We do not warrant that it is complete or free of error, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

Except as expressly stated by us, and except for the statutory guarantees you are entitled to as a consumer under Dutch and EU law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind. We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

Nothing in this section affects your legal guarantee of conformity: goods we sell must match their description, be fit for purpose and be of satisfactory quality, and you have remedies under Dutch and EU law if they are not.

SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DecorsDelight, DYOnline, and our partners, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers and licensors, and those of Shopify and its affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Services or any product purchased through them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under applicable product liability law, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where our liability is not excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DecorsDelight, DYOnline, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable legal fees, payable to a third party arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your access to and use of the Services. This does not apply to the extent you are acting as a consumer in the ordinary course of buying from us.

SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion will be severed. That determination does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

SECTION 20 — WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with any policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements or communications, including any earlier version of these Terms.

SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms and our rights and obligations, provided this does not reduce your rights under them.

SECTION 22 — GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide Services to you are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

As a consumer resident in another EU member state, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contact@decorsdelight.com. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together and you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can advise you free of charge.

SECTION 23 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check periodically. We will notify you of material changes in accordance with applicable law, and those changes take effect on the date specified in the notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
