Complaints and dispute resolution
If you are unhappy with something, please contact us first at contact@decorsdelight.com. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them within 14 days of receiving them.
If we cannot reach a resolution together and you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, the European Consumer Centre (ECC) in your own country can advise you free of charge on cross-border purchases. Consumers in the Netherlands can seek advice from ACM ConsuWijzer, the consumer information service of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets.
We are not currently affiliated with a sectoral disputes committee and are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Consumer rights
As a consumer buying within the EU you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and a legal guarantee that goods will match their description and be of satisfactory quality.
